Calculators for GCC payroll, VAT and corporate tax

Five free calculators for the figures Gulf payroll and finance teams check most often: UAE end of service gratuity, the Saudi end of service award, GOSI contributions, UAE VAT and UAE corporate tax. Each one runs entirely in your browser, shows its working, names the rule it applies and links to the official source, so you can check a settlement, a pay run or an invoice in under a minute.

03How they work

How these calculators work and what they are not

Three things to know before you rely on a number from any of them.

Everything runs in your browser

The figures you type stay on your device. Nothing is sent to a server, nothing is stored, and there is no account or sign-up.

They are estimates, not advice

Each calculator applies the published rule as it stood on the date shown and prints its working. Your contract, your free zone, an amendment after that date or the authority's own reading of a case can change the result. None of them is an official tool of MOHRE, HRSD, GOSI, the Federal Tax Authority or the Ministry of Finance, and none is legal or tax advice. Confirm a settlement or a filing with the authority or your adviser before you pay or submit.

The rule is one click away

Every page names the article or decision it relies on and links to the authority's own text, so you can read the rule yourself rather than take the calculator's word for it.

04Inside Axion

From a one-off check to every pay run

The calculators answer one question at a time. The People and Finance boxes apply the same rules to every employee and every invoice, month after month.

People: payroll, WPS, GOSI and gratuity

The People box accrues end of service gratuity month by month, works out GOSI for each employee and generates the WPS SIF file for every pay run. You review the figures; submitting the file to the bank and the authorities stays with you.

Finance: VAT per country on every line

The Finance box applies VAT per country at the right rate on every invoice line and assembles the return from live transactions, so the figure you file is the figure you invoiced.

Priced per box, with unlimited users
